These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cellune website (the "Site") and the products we sell on it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and pricing
We try to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours or prices are error-free. Products may differ slightly in appearance from photographs. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders affected by errors and refund any amounts charged.
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and do not include shipping, taxes or duties unless stated. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by your local authorities.
Orders
Submission of an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processors. By submitting your order you authorise us to charge your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details — those are handled directly by the processors.
Shipping and delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and not guaranteed. Some of our products are shipped from supply partners abroad, which can mean longer delivery times than typical domestic e-commerce. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.
Returns and refunds
If you're not happy with your order, please review our Refund Policy and contact us within the timeframe stated there. Items must be in their original condition unless otherwise stated. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs and software — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cellune, Great Ecom Limited and our affiliates from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
